Burst Cam does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device. There are no servers, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that send data anywhere.

Camera and Photos access
The app requests permission to use your device camera and to add photos to your photo library. These permissions are used only on your device, only while you are using the app, only to capture and save bursts of photos.
- Camera frames are processed locally to render the live preview and to capture stills.
- Captured photos are written directly to your device photo library. No copy is received elsewhere.
- The app does not upload, sync, back up, or transmit your photos.
You can revoke camera or photo-library permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Photos.
Data stored on your device
The app stores a small amount of state in your device's local app storage:
- Your preferred lens, capture interval, and similar UI settings.
- A counter tracking how many free trial bursts you have used.
- Your in-app purchase entitlement (whether you have unlocked the app), as reported by Apple's StoreKit framework.
This data stays on your device. It is removed when you uninstall the app.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment details are never seen by the app. Apple may share aggregated, anonymized sales reports (for example: total units sold, country, currency). Apple's privacy practices apply to those transactions; see apple.com/legal/privacy.
Analytics, tracking, advertising
None. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no fingerprinting, and no third-party trackers. No identifier is assigned to you. No tracking is performed as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because no personal information is collected at all, no personal information is knowingly collected from children.
International users
Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, no cross-border data transfers occur as a result of your use of the app.
Your rights
Privacy laws in the EU (GDPR), the United Kingdom, California (CCPA/CPRA), and elsewhere give you certain rights with respect to your personal information. Because no personal information is collected, there is no personal information to access, correct, delete, or transfer. Questions: hello@burst.camera.
Changes to this policy
If practices change in the future (for example, if an opt-in feature is added that requires data processing), this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date revised. Material changes will be highlighted in-app where reasonably possible.
